Two Days off & 'Bout that Time...

It was pretty awesome that we had like two days off. Well, too bad teachers & staff only had one day, they have to drive on the icy road & whatnot. Yesterday I didn't do much of anything except try finishing up my packet/project for American Hist. but I'm still not done. My first page was all smeared cause I used a pencil. I was pretty pissed cause since I could barely make out the words, I had to rewrite the page. After that I sprayed one layer of hairspray on the whole page. The hairspray acts as a barrier so that the words won't smear or fade. I learned that from some art/drawing class I attended three year ago. Uh-oh, I'm reminiscing again, lol.

When I was using the hairspray for my paper & I thought about the time I went to the art class, I was really thinking about what happened that time. You could really learn from that art class. I didn't like it though. I'm more into free-style art, I wasn't the type that liked to be given a drawing prompt or some instruction...Just because I didn't like it very much didn't mean I wanted to quit. That art class was really for CAPPA High School. I got bored of the art class & had a strong feeling I wouldn't get into the HS, I saw no point in attending the art class. So I stopped & devoted myself to City Year. Not exactly devoted...But I had nothing better to do & earned like 100 hours of community service, lol. Sigh. But then if I attended the art class till the end & auditioned, if I had gotten in...I'm sure life would've been so different from now.
